About the event
Join me for an evening of Celebration and Movement as we welcome the balance and more Light with the Spring Equinox.
We will begin with a cacao ceremony to feel the gratitude of our intentions for this day of balancing light and dark and then bring in some movement to anchor in the energies. With a play list that will awaken and renew your heart and ground you with the Earth, you might just notice that you can breathe a little easier, let go of some stress and allow yourself the Freedom to Move.
This magical time of year is one of birthing in the newness of spring and welcoming longer days.
